An 8-week program led by a physiotherapist that you can do at home, with no equipment.

Laura saw the same thing at her clinic twice a week. Either the client didn't do their home exercises, because the instructions were on paper and there was no rhythm, or they did the same moves for two months without the load ever increasing, and the neck didn't get any stronger.
This program is her answer. Every move is shown on video, the load increases week by week, and the tracking shows the result in your own numbers.
Follow along with Laura for 15 minutes a day. At home, with no equipment.
The program strengthens the deep muscles of your neck and shoulder blades that keep stiffness away. That's why the result doesn't disappear within a week like it does after a massage.

Laura · PhysiotherapistThe reason is simple: the symptom has been treated, but the muscles that support your neck have never been strengthened.
A muscle doesn't change with a massage or three YouTube videos. It changes when it's loaded the right way, again and again.
A program designed by physiotherapist Laura to beat the neck and shoulder tension that comes with desk work. You follow along with Laura for 15 minutes a day and measure for yourself how your neck changes week by week.
Pay once. No monthly fees, no expiry date. The program and the maintenance workouts stay with you.
You measure pain, mobility and posture at the start, at 4 weeks and at 8 weeks. Photos and numbers side by side, no guessing.
When the supporting muscles carry your head, you no longer need to rub your shoulders every evening. 2 × 15 minutes a week is enough to maintain it.
No counting, no guessing. Every move is shown and explained, and the timer tells you when to work and when to rest.
The course area tells you which workout is next.

Follow-along video, 5–15 minutes. The next move appears on screen in advance.
Every one of the 41 moves has its own video, from three angles.
Pain, stiffness and mobility are measured at the start, at 4 weeks and at 8 weeks.
The body gets stronger when it's loaded the right amount, regularly. That's why the program doesn't start too hard, and doesn't stall either: the load increases week by week as your body adapts.
Over eight weeks the change is gradual, so it's hard to notice on your own. The measurements show it in black and white, and that's exactly what keeps you motivated to the end.
Your body gets used to moving and you learn the moves at a calm pace. No hard training yet.
2 × 5 min a dayThe muscles of your neck, shoulders and upper back get their first real load.
15 min · 4–5 × a weekStrength is combined with mobility and longer sets. The moves start to feel easier.
15 min · 4–5 × a weekMore demanding moves, a final measurement and your own maintenance program to keep going.
2 × 15 min a week after that
You don't have to do it perfectly, you just have to do it regularly. Laura shows every move, and the tracking shows that it works.
No. All moves use your own body weight. A mat or towel on the floor and a wall are enough.
In weeks 1–2 you do two five-minute workouts a day. In weeks 3–8 a workout takes about 15 minutes, 4–5 times a week, with rest days in between.
The program progresses in phases. For many people the moves start to feel easier and everyday life lighter as the strength training progresses in weeks 5–6. You measure yourself at the start, at 4 weeks and at 8 weeks, so you see the change in your own numbers.
It's not a subscription. You pay once and the program is yours to keep. If the program doesn't feel right for you, you get your money back within 14 days.
The program uses a traffic light model: green = keep going, yellow = ease off or swap the move, red = skip the move. If a symptom gets worse or a new unusual symptom appears, stop and see a professional.
The program is made for everyday neck and shoulder tension, for example from desk work. If you have a diagnosed injury or condition, ask your doctor or physiotherapist first.

Nothing changes if nothing changes. All you need is eight weeks, 15 minutes a day and the will to do it. We've prepared everything else for you.
