Welcome to the EaseNordic online store. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to EaseNordic.

EaseNordic operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience. The online store is powered by Shopify technology, which enables us to provide our services to you.

Prices are those in effect at the time of ordering. Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT within the EU. Shipping costs and any additional charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. You agree to provide correct and up-to-date payment information. You are responsible for all charges arising from your order.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, logistics disruptions, customs or other reasons beyond our control. All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos and other materials, is the property of EaseNordic or its partners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Without separate permission, the content may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, services or privacy practices of these websites.

EaseNordic uses Shopify's services as the technical platform for its online store. Shopify is not a party to the sales relationship between the customer and EaseNordic and is not responsible for any claims related to orders.

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy and by Shopify's privacy policy.

By sending us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them to develop our business without any separate compensation.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies and omissions on the website and, where necessary, to cancel orders based on incorrect information.

EaseNordic is not liable for any delay in or failure to perform its obligations if this is caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, decisions by authorities or logistics disruptions.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will stay in effect.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between EaseNordic and the customer.

We may transfer our rights and obligations to another party without separate notice.

These Terms of Service are governed by Finnish law. Consumers also have the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) or to a competent court, in accordance with their country of residence.
