EaseNordic ships to Finland, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand. All orders are processed after the order confirmation.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.

During campaigns or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Orders from customers who chose priority processing are picked and packed first thing each morning.

When order volumes are high, some orders may move to the next day. Priority orders always ship first.

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary, for example due to:

• carrier backlogs
• customs clearance
• local delivery practices
• weather conditions
• other circumstances beyond our control

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Standard shipping to Canada costs C$4.49.

Free shipping on orders over C$96.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email together with a tracking number (if available).

Tracking information is updated in the carrier's system as the shipment moves along.

Your order is shipped internationally. Any import taxes or duties are shown at checkout if we collect them there. If they are not collected at checkout, your local customs authority may charge them on delivery.

If:

• your parcel is delayed for an unusually long time
• the tracking information is not updating
• your parcel does not arrive

please contact our customer service so we can look into it with our shipping partner.

If the carrier loses a shipment, we will investigate the matter with the carrier and either send a replacement product or refund the order.

We may ask the customer for additional information. The time needed to resolve the matter depends on the carrier.

The customer is responsible for making sure the delivery address and contact details are correct and for collecting the shipment within the pickup period. Another person may also collect the shipment using the pickup code.

If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected or because of incorrect information, we will contact you and you can choose:

1. Reshipment: C$23, which covers the cost of the return and the new delivery. The shipment is sent once we have received payment.
2. Order cancellation: the order amount is refunded minus shipping and return costs of C$19.

If you do not respond within 14 days of our contact, the order will be cancelled and refunded as described in option 2.

If the shipment is returned due to an error by the carrier or EaseNordic, reshipment is free of charge.

EaseNordic is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, logistics disruptions, weather conditions or other force majeure events. This does not limit the consumer's statutory rights.

If you live in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

You may handle and try the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

If you cancel, we will refund the price of the product and the original standard shipping costs.

In every country we ship to, EaseNordic offers a 30-day right of return from the date you receive the product.

You may try the product to assess how it works, but a returned product must be in good, undamaged condition.

Contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the product: asiakaspalvelu@easenordic.com

If the product has been used more than is necessary to assess how it works, EaseNordic reserves the right to deduct the loss in value from the refund.

For hygiene reasons, used products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing or delivery error.

For standard returns, the customer covers the return shipping. The return fee of C$12 is deducted from the refund.

If a product is defective or incorrect when it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• your order number

In approved cases, we offer, at no extra cost:

• a replacement product, or
