Smooth service and a product that works
I've struggled with a tight, knotted back for almost my whole adult life. Stretching and massage never worked, so I was really skeptical when I saw the ad for Vertex. I decided to try it anyway, and I've been pleasantly surprised.

It's nice to write something good for a change…
So nice to write some good feedback for once. Because of my own mistake, the package went to the wrong address. Luckily, customer service was friendly and sorted it out really smoothly. I got the package the next day at no extra cost — great service from a small business 🤝
I've only used Vertex for one day, so I can't say much yet. At first it felt a bit intense, especially when rocking my body on it. Luckily, I soon started to feel lighter, and my body felt really nice and relaxed for the rest of the evening.

Shoulder pain relief
I do a lot of sports and use a massage gun at home. I decided to try the trigger cushion from here, and it has worked really well for my tight shoulders! I recommend it.

"It works all along the spine, and on the glutes when working the piriformis muscle. This morning I also tried it on the side/inner side of the knee, a little higher up, since it's really tight there because of a Baker's cyst behind my knee. With this, your imagination is the limit. I've had it for less than a week, but I wouldn't give it up now. I've only been able to try it in bed so far because I've been traveling. When I get home, I'll try it on the floor too"

I ordered Vertex after seeing an ad, because of problems in my neck and shoulder area. I didn't expect anything, but after a few uses the worst of the pain and stiffness has eased, and it's been useful in lots of ways. For example, you can put it behind your back while sitting, and that feels relaxing too. Delivery and the whole purchase were smooth and quick.

"Really good for a stiff neck! This massage pillow really helps loosen tight muscles and reduces headaches. I use it every day for a few minutes at a time and notice a clear difference. It's firm, but that's exactly why it works so well. A good help for posture and for easing pain."

I bought Vertex after seeing lots of ads. It seemed to have worked for a lot of people, so I decided to order one too. The first time I lay down on the Vertex, something really cracked. Now I have a good routine of opening up my back in the morning and evening.

"I had to laugh when I opened the package. In real life it looks much wilder than in the pictures. A big, orange, slightly lobster-looking thing that's supposed to be a neck massage pillow. But I'm willing to try almost anything once, so I gave it a chance. When I lay down on it, the muscles in my upper back and neck protested loudly at first, but after a moment they really started to relax, and the pressure hit exactly those tight spots. I noticed pretty quickly that I was starting to feel calmer. I didn't even realize how stiff my neck and upper back were before this. No wonder I was getting headaches. A good tool for a quick massage or a longer moment of relaxation."

"Where has this been all my life?! I woke up with a really stiff neck and shoulder, and nothing helped. Even the exercise tools and cold gels from my physio came second. I ordered Spina out of desperation, and the very first time I used it, I worked out a terrible knot under my shoulder. I use it a couple of times a day for just 30 seconds, and I keep feeling light. I can't believe I didn't know about this sooner. This saved my neck and my nerves!"

"Facebook keeps showing me the ads, even though I've had mine for a while now. So I might as well finally say that I've been happy with it. I use it a bit creatively, moving it down along my spine step by step, which gives a nice surface stretch, a bit like a foam roller. I've also tried pulling the thicker ends apart and putting them under my glutes. That worked well too, although I'm a little worried whether it will keep its shape forever. So far it has always bounced back. If you ever start product development and bring out a wider piece designed for the lower back and glutes, I'd happily spend the price of a Vertex on that too. I've tried a ball, dumbbells and so on for those areas, and they sort of work the same way, but a ready-made piece in the right shape is easier, so I actually use it. So thank you for this slightly funny-looking but surprisingly effective gadget."
